Brian is an Enrolled Agent and Owner of Farm Management Services, Inc. Raised on his family's farm in southwestern Nebraska, Brian developed a strong foundation in agriculture and rural business. He graduated from Tabor College with a degree in Accounting & Finance and later earned his MBA from the University of Kansas. With more than 25 years of experience serving clients in the accounting and banking industries, Brian leads our team with a commitment to providing trusted financial guidance and exceptional client service.

Lisa graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and remains actively involved in her family's farming operation in Republic County. As our Office Manager, Lisa plays a key role in overseeing daily operations while also leading our Land Management services. She additionally specializes in preparing personal and trust tax returns, bringing a strong combination of agricultural knowledge, organizational expertise, and client service experience to our team.

Michael graduated from Kansas State University with both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics. He has remained actively involved in his family's farming operation located southwest of Concordia, giving him extensive firsthand agricultural experience. With more than 30 years of experience working with family farms, Michael specializes in business evaluations and financial projections, helping clients make informed decisions for the long-term success of their operations.

Kristi serves as the Payroll Manager and brings 30 years of experience in payroll services. She oversees day-to-day payroll processing, team operations, and a wide range of payroll-related services to support our clients. Kristi earned her Associate degree in Business from Cloud County Community College and resides in rural Concordia.

Charlotte graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Consumer & Family Economics. She remains actively involved in her family's farming operation in Cloud and Republic counties, giving her valuable firsthand insight into the agricultural industry. With more than 25 years of experience serving FMSI clients, Charlotte is highly proficient in QuickBooks data entry and specializes in the preparation of personal, corporate, and trust tax returns.

Karrie is a native of north central Kansas and graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics. She remains actively involved in her family's farming operation in the Clifton-Clyde area and brings valuable experience from her background in the banking industry. Since joining our team in 2008, Karrie has combined her agricultural knowledge and financial expertise to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Therese graduated from Spencer School of Business with an Associate degree in Business Administration. Since joining FMSI in 2006, she has become a valued member of our team. While she has recently transitioned many of her receptionist responsibilities to focus more on payroll services, she continues to manage accounts receivable and is always available to assist clients with their day-to-day needs and questions.

Nolan graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics. Raised on his family's farm in Ottawa County, he developed a strong foundation in agriculture from an early age and continues to be actively involved in the family operation. Their diverse farming operation includes a wide variety of crops and livestock, providing Nolan with valuable firsthand experience that benefits the clients he serves. 

Jill graduated from Friends University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Management. With more than ten years of experience, she is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor who specializes in corporate tax preparation and IRS resolution services.

Blaine graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy, specializing in Consulting and Production. He has been actively involved in his family's grain and cattle operation for more than 15 years, giving him firsthand knowledge of the agricultural industry. Since joining our team in 2017, Blaine has combined his agricultural background with his professional expertise to serve our clients.

Ryan graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics. Raised on his family's grain and cattle farm, he developed a strong foundation in agriculture from an early age. He joined our team in 2020 after spending 20 years in the agricultural equipment industry, bringing extensive experience and an understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing today's producers.

Stephanie, a native of Shawnee, graduated from Emporia State University and brings three years of dedicated service supporting our bookkeeping and payroll teams. She also has six years of hands-on business experience, helping manage her husband’s lawn care and waterfowl outfitter operations, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the day-to-day realities of running a small business.

Tristen graduated from Tabor College majoring in Business Management. He came to FMSI in 2024 with 15 years' experience in the farm and hardware retail industries in North Central Kansas. With this valuable experience , Tristen has learned to serve farm families through sales, service, repairs, and more.  Quality customer service continues to be his top goal with his clients.  

Korin joins our team with four years of banking experience, bringing valuable knowledge and a strong commitment to client service. She graduated from Cloud County Community College with an Associate's degree.

Nancy graduated from Kansas State University and has spent the past 11 years building a successful career in banking. Her extensive experience has given her a deep understanding of customer needs and financial solutions. Nancy enjoys developing meaningful relationships with clients and takes pride in delivering reliable, friendly service that helps individuals and businesses succeed.

Ben lives near Whitewater, Kansas, with his wife and six children, where faith, family, and agriculture are deeply woven into the community. Drawing from his background in education and commercial real estate, Ben is passionate about serving farmers by helping them maximize the value of their land and assets while promoting responsible stewardship for future generations. 

Growing up in rural Colorado, Sidney developed a lifelong appreciation for agriculture and is excited to support the industry through her work in accounting. She came to Kansas to play collegiate softball and recently graduated from McPherson College with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance.

Kacie is spending her summer at Farm Management Services, gaining hands-on experience across all facets of a tax firm. She is currently pursuing her studies at Cloud County Community College and is on track to earn her associate’s degree in business in 2027. This summer offers her an exciting opportunity to connect classroom knowledge with real-world practice.
