Brian is an Enrolled Agent and Owner of Farm Management Services, Inc. Growing up on his family farm in southwestern Nebraska, Brian is a graduate of Tabor College with a degree in Accounting & Finance. He later obtained his MBA through the University of Kansas. Brian leads our team with over 25 years of experience serving client needs in the accounting and banking industries.

Office Manager
Lisa graduated from Kansas State University with a BS in Agricultural Economics and is involved with her family farm in Republic County. In addition to being our office manager, Lisa leads our Land Management area in addition to preparing personal and trust tax returns.

Michael graduated with a BS and MS degree in Agricultural Economics from Kansas State University. He has been very involved with his family's farm located southwest of Concordia. Mike has over 30 years experience working with family farms and is proficient in business evaluations and financial projections.

Payroll Manager
Kristi is the payroll manager with 30 years of experience in payroll. Managing day-to-day payroll processing and team operations, as well as a wide range of payroll services. She has an associates degree in business from Cloud County Community College and resides in rural Concordia.

Charlotte graduated with a BS in Consumer & Family Economics from Kansas State University. She is involved with her family farm in Cloud and Republic counties. Charlotte has served FMSI clients for over 25 years and is proficient in Quickbooks data entry along with personal, corporate and trust tax returns.

Staff Accountant
Karrie is a native of North Central Kansas and graduated with a BS in Agricultural Economics from Kansas State University. She helps in her family farming operation in the Clifton-Clyde area and has prior experience in the banking industry. Karrie joined our team in 2008.
Therese Sholtz
Payroll Administrator
Therese graduated from Spencer School of Business with an associate degree in Business Administration. Therese joined FMSI in 2006 and has recently turned over most of the receptionist duties to focus more time on payroll. She will continue to handle accounts receivable and be available to assist clients with everyday requests.

Nolan graduated from Kansas State University with a BS in Agricultural Economics. He grew up on a family farm in Ottawa County and continues to help with the farming operation where they raise a wide variety of crops and livestock.

Jill graduated with a BA in Business Administration-Business Management from Friends University. Jill has ten years of service and is a Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor and specializes in corporate tax returns and IRS resolution.

Blaine graduated from Kansas State University with a BS in Agronomy Consulting & Production. He has been involved with his family farm for over 15 years producing both grain and cattle. Blaine has been an employee with us since 2017.

Ryan graduated from Kansas State University with a BS in Agricultural Economics. He grew up on the family farm raising grain and cattle. He joined our team in 2020 after spending 20 years in the ag equipment industry.

Kacey is a Concordia native and graduated from Kansas State University with a BS in Marketing. She joined FMSI after spending 7 years in the agricultural equipment industry. Kacey is a Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor with three years of service.
Tristen graduated from Tabor College majoring in Business Management. He came to FMSI in 2024 with 15 years' experience in the farm and hardware retail industries in North Central Kansas. With this valuable experience , Tristen has learned to serve farm families through sales, service, repairs, and more. Quality customer service continues to be his top goal with his clients.
