He graduated from Tabor College with a degree in Accounting & Finance and later earned his MBA from the University of Kansas. With more than 25 years of experience serving clients in the accounting and banking industries, Brian leads our team with a commitment to providing trusted financial guidance and exceptional client service.

Land Management/ Office Manager

Lisa graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and remains actively involved in her family's farming operation in Republic County. As our Office Manager, Lisa plays a key role in overseeing daily operations while also leading our Land Management services. She additionally specializes in preparing personal and trust tax returns, bringing a strong combination of agricultural knowledge, organizational expertise, and client service experience to our team.

With more than 30 years of experience working with family farms, Michael specializes in business evaluations and financial projections, helping clients make informed decisions for the long-term success of their operations.

Kristi serves as the Payroll Manager and brings 30 years of experience in payroll services. She oversees day-to-day payroll processing, team operations, and a wide range of payroll-related services to support our clients. Kristi earned her Associate degree in Business from Cloud County Community College and resides in rural Concordia.

She remains actively involved in her family's farming operation in Cloud and Republic counties, giving her valuable firsthand insight into the agricultural industry. With more than 25 years of experience serving FMSI clients, Charlotte is highly proficient in QuickBooks data entry and specializes in the preparation of personal, corporate, and trust tax returns.

Karrie is a native of north central Kansas and graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics. She remains actively involved in her family's farming operation in the Clifton-Clyde area and brings valuable experience from her background in the banking industry. Since joining our team in 2008, Karrie has combined her agricultural knowledge and financial expertise to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Therese graduated from Spencer School of Business with an Associate degree in Business Administration. Since joining FMSI in 2006, she has become a valued member of our team. While she has recently transitioned many of her receptionist responsibilities to focus more on payroll services, she continues to manage accounts receivable and is always available to assist clients with their day-to-day needs and questions.

She also has six years of hands-on business experience, helping manage her husband’s lawn care and waterfowl outfitter operations, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the day-to-day realities of running a small business.

With this valuable experience , Tristen has learned to serve farm families through sales, service, repairs, and more. Quality customer service continues to be his top goal with his clients.
